9.30 - Core strength

9.30 - Root to Rise Yoga 

Morning yoga designed to make you feel energised and light.

11am - Yoga for back care

Help with back pain/ prevent as we focus on spinal health and back care.

Saturday

9.30am - Vinyasa flow 

Build strength and heat with this energising, dynamic yoga class

11.30 Yogalates (alt sat)

blending the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga

12.30-1.30 Slow Hatha (alt sat)

Tranquil class where we hold poses for extended periods, allowing for deep stretching and relaxation.
